Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how RxION Health, Inc. (“RxION,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) ships prescription medications, over the counter products, and related goods ordered through tryrxion.com or any affiliated platform (the “Services”). Prescription products are dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners in the RxION network and shipped directly to the patient.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Prescription Review
All prescription orders require evaluation and approval by a licensed healthcare provider in the RxION provider network. Orders are not processed for shipment until:
- The patient completes the required medical intake.
- A licensed provider reviews the intake and issues a valid prescription.
- Payment is successfully processed.
- The dispensing pharmacy verifies the prescription.
1.2 Processing Time
Once a prescription is approved and verified, orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be longer for compounded medications, custom formulations, or during periods of high order volume. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Provider review time is separate from shipping time and varies based on the completeness of the patient intake and provider availability.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
RxION ships through major US carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service level are selected by the dispensing pharmacy based on the medication, destination, and any temperature or signature requirements.
Standard shipping options may include:
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground or 2 Day
- FedEx Ground or Express
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee on eligible orders. Some products are restricted to specific carriers or service levels and cannot be expedited.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin after the order ships, not at the time of order placement.

RxION is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
4.1 Geographic Coverage
RxION currently ships only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories where our pharmacy partners are licensed to dispense. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.
4.2 State Licensing
Products are shipped only to states where the dispensing pharmacy and prescribing provider hold active licensure. If a patient relocates to a state where service is unavailable, we will notify the patient and assist with order cancellation or transfer.
4.3 PO Boxes
PO Box delivery is accepted for non-controlled, non-temperature-sensitive medications shipped via USPS only. Compounded medications, refrigerated products, and any shipment requiring signature confirmation cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
5. Temperature Sensitive Medications
Certain medications, including compounded products such as GLP-1 formulations, require refrigeration and are shipped using insulated packaging with cold packs sized for the transit window.
Patients are responsible for:
- Providing a delivery address where someone can receive and refrigerate the package promptly.
- Refrigerating the medication immediately upon arrival per the included instructions.
- Inspecting the package for damage or temperature compromise before use.
If a temperature sensitive package arrives damaged, warm, or shows evidence of temperature abuse, do not use the medication. Contact RxION support within 24 hours of delivery for evaluation and replacement.
6. Discreet Packaging and Privacy
All RxION shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging that does not display the medication name, dosage, or any indication of clinical content on the exterior. Return addresses reflect the dispensing pharmacy and do not reveal medication or condition details. RxION complies with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws in all shipping practices.
7. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the patient when the order ships. Tracking can also be viewed in the patient's RxION account dashboard. Carriers typically update tracking within 24 hours of pickup.
8. Signature Requirements
Certain shipments require an adult signature (age 21 or older) at delivery. Signature confirmation is determined by the dispensing pharmacy based on the medication, value, and applicable regulations. If no eligible recipient is available, the carrier will follow its standard policy for re-delivery or pickup.
9. Address Accuracy
Patients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit number. RxION is not liable for shipments delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the patient.
9.1 Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before the prescription is verified by the dispensing pharmacy. Once verified, the order cannot be redirected. Contact support immediately if an address correction is needed.
10. Failed Deliveries and Refused Packages
If a package is returned to the dispensing pharmacy due to an incorrect address, refusal at delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or an uncollected package at a carrier hold location, the following applies:
- Reshipment to a corrected address may be available at the patient's expense.
- Refunds for the medication itself are not available once the prescription has been dispensed, in accordance with federal and state law.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
11. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is marked delivered but not received, or if it arrives visibly damaged, contact RxION support within 7 calendar days of the carrier's delivery date. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
For lost shipments, RxION will coordinate a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to the patient.
For damaged shipments, please retain all packaging and contents and provide photographs when you contact us.
12. Returns and Refunds on Prescription Products
For patient safety and in compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they have been dispensed and shipped. This includes situations where the patient changes their mind, no longer needs the medication, or is unable to use the medication for personal reasons.
Refunds and replacements are evaluated on a case by case basis for the following situations only:
- The medication arrives damaged, defective, or temperature compromised.
- The wrong medication or dosage was shipped.
- The shipment is lost in transit and a carrier investigation confirms non-delivery.
Non-prescription products may be returned in accordance with the separate RxION Refund Policy.
13. Controlled Substances
RxION's network does not currently dispense Schedule II controlled substances. Where a Schedule III through V controlled substance is part of a prescribed regimen, additional regulatory requirements apply, including in-person identification at delivery in certain states. Patients will be notified at checkout if these requirements apply to their order.
14. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is included on most orders. Expedited shipping, reshipment due to patient error, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed at checkout.

16. Changes to This Policy
RxION may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
