Telemedicine Consent, Prescription, and State Compliance Policy
Last Updated:
RxION provides convenient, accessible telemedicine services that connect you with licensed healthcare providers who evaluate your health and, when appropriate, issue prescriptions. All prescriptions are fulfilled and shipped by our licensed partner pharmacy. To ensure you are informed and protected, this policy outlines our telehealth consent terms, prescription process, and state-specific compliance details. By using RxION’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Telemedicine Consent
By engaging in a telemedicine consultation through RxION, you give informed consent to receive healthcare services remotely. This includes online health assessments, video consultations (where required by law), and communications through secure electronic platforms. Understanding Telemedicine
Telemedicine allows you to consult with a licensed healthcare provider remotely via secure technology.
Some limitations exist with virtual care, including the inability to perform a comprehensive physical examination in person.
In certain states, a brief video consultation with the provider is required before a prescription can be issued.
Risks and Benefits
Benefits include convenience, timely access to providers, and efficient treatment.
Risks may include potential delays due to technology failures or regulatory limitations that require in-person visits for some conditions.
Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate, complete, and honest information about your health.
Understand that failure to disclose health details may impact your treatment.
Consent to Treatment
You voluntarily consent to telemedicine services and understand that treatment decisions are at the sole discretion of the provider.
Telemedicine services are not appropriate for emergencies. In case of an emergency, call 911.
Prescription Policy
RxION’s affiliated healthcare providers independently evaluate your health to determine if a prescription is appropriate. RxION does not dispense or ship medications. If prescribed, medications are fulfilled and shipped by a third party, licensed U.S. pharmacy. Prescription Eligibility
Approval is based on a provider’s clinical judgment and your health information.
Some patients may not qualify for treatment.
Medication Limitations
We do not prescribe controlled substances or medications prohibited by telemedicine laws.
Only medications deemed safe for remote prescribing will be offered.
Pharmacy Fulfillment RxION is not a pharmacy. If prescribed, your medication will be sent to our licensed partner pharmacy for fulfillment and shipping. All prescriptions are dispensed through: The Pharmacy Hub 15600 NW 15th Ave, Suite C Miami, FL 33169 Phone: (305) 731-2318 Fax: (305) 548-2454
Prescription transfers to other pharmacies are not permitted. All prescriptions must be fulfilled through RxION’s designated pharmacy as part of our streamlined telehealth service.
Prescription Cancellations and Modifications
Once a prescription is approved and processed by the partner pharmacy, RxION cannot cancel, change, or refund the prescription.
Please direct any pharmacy-specific concerns or changes to the pharmacy, subject to their policies and applicable law.

State Availability RxION currently provides telemedicine services in all 50 US states. State-Specific Requirements
Some states require a video consultation with a provider prior to prescribing medication.
Certain medications may not be available in some states due to regulatory restrictions.
You will be informed during the consultation process if RxION services are unavailable in your state or if additional requirements apply.
Regulatory Compliance
RxION ensures all healthcare providers are properly licensed in the state where you are receiving care.
We continuously monitor state laws to maintain compliance with telemedicine and prescribing regulations.
Role Clarification
