RxION is committed to ensuring that your prescription medications are delivered safely, securely, and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, delivery options, and important guidelines for receiving your medication.
1. Processing Time
Once your telemedicine consultation is complete and your prescription is approved by a licensed provider:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Processing times may vary based on provider availability, state regulations, and pharmacy verification.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
RxION partners with licensed pharmacies that utilize trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery. Standard shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (included in your package price).
Cold Chain Shipping
Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped in cold pack insulated packaging to maintain proper storage conditions during transit.
We ensure the integrity of your medication by using temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs or thermal insulation, depending on the medication.
3. Shipping Notifications & Tracking
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped.
You can track your shipment in real-time through your RxION account or via the carrier’s tracking system.
4. Shipping Restrictions
RxION ships prescription medications only within the United States.
Shipping availability may vary by state due to telemedicine and pharmacy regulations.
Certain medications may not be available in some states. You will be notified during the consultation process if we are unable to fulfill your order due to state restrictions.
5. Delivery Issues: Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
A. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost in transit (before delivery confirmation), please contact us at within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement, as appropriate.
B. Stolen Packages (After Delivery Confirmation)
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, RxION is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or tracking your shipment closely to ensure safe receipt.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, you will need to contact your local carrier service and/or file a police report.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Medications
Some medications require refrigeration. It is your responsibility to retrieve and properly store your package immediately upon delivery.
RxION and its pharmacy partners are not responsible for medication degradation due to delays in retrieving the shipment or improper storage after delivery.
7. Shipping Fees
Standard 2-day shipping is included in your program or package price unless otherwise stated.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
8. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order.
RxION is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address changes after an order has been processed may not be possible.
9. Holidays & Weather Delays
Shipments may be delayed during holidays, weekends, or due to severe weather conditions.
We will communicate any known delays as they arise.
