RxION does not provide emergency or crisis medical services. If you are experiencing a
medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency facility immediately.
3. No Medical Advice or Provider-Patient Relationship from Website Content
The content on the RxION website and related communications (excluding direct
interactions with healthcare providers) is provided for general informational purposes
only and should not be interpreted as medical advice or diagnosis. A formal provider-
patient relationship is only established after you:
• Complete your intake process.
• Are evaluated by a licensed healthcare provider.
• Are approved for treatment and/or prescribed medication.
4. User Responsibilities and Obligations
As a user of RxION’s Services, you agree to:

conditions remotely.
• There is a risk that services may be interrupted due to technological failures.
You may be referred to an in-person healthcare provider if your condition requires
further evaluation or treatment beyond the scope of telehealth.
6. Prescription Policy
RxION does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. Prescriptions are issued at
the sole discretion of the licensed healthcare provider after a full review of your medical
history and condition.
Controlled substances, narcotics, and medications that are prohibited by telehealth
regulations will not be prescribed through RxION.
7. User Conduct – Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another individual or use someone else’s account.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services, including by introducing viruses or
malicious code.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, lost profits, data loss, or business

damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or
