1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of healthcare services and prescription medications, all sales are
final. We do not offer refunds on:
• Telehealth consultations or medical evaluations
• Prescription medications (whether shipped or in processing)
• Subscription services that have already been processed or shipped
Once a healthcare provider has conducted your consultation and/or issued a
prescription, you will be charged for the services provided. This policy applies
regardless of the outcome of the consultation, including if:
• You are not prescribed medication
• You choose not to proceed with treatment
• You are dissatisfied with the prescribed treatment
2. Prescription Medications: No Returns or Exchanges
For your safety, and in compliance with federal and state regulations, RxION does not
accept returns or offer refunds on any prescription medications—whether they are
unopened, unused, or shipped in error by the user.
Once your prescription is processed and fulfilled by our partner pharmacy, the order is
final and cannot be canceled or changed.
If your medication arrives damaged, or if the incorrect medication is delivered due to

3. Consultation Fees Are Non-Refundable
Our healthcare providers deliver personalized medical evaluations and professional
clinical judgment. You are paying for:

This clinical evaluation is a service and is non-refundable, even if the provider
determines that you are not eligible for a prescription.
4. Subscription Services & Auto-Ship Orders
RxION offers subscription-based services for certain medications and wellness

• Avoid future charges by canceling at least 48 hours before your next scheduled
billing date
Important:
• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled,
refunded, or returned
• Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before renewal may still result
in a charge and shipment
5. Exceptions to This Policy
While all sales are final, RxION will consider exceptions for:
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Verified shipping errors caused by RxION or its pharmacy partners
• Wrong medications shipped (we will arrange for a replacement when applicable)

6. Missed Appointments and No-Shows
If you fail to attend your scheduled telehealth appointment or cancel less than 24 hours
in advance, you are not eligible for a refund.
You are encouraged to reschedule your appointment in advance through your RxION
account.
7. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
RxION is committed to working with you to resolve any concerns related to billing,
products, or services. Before initiating a chargeback through your credit card provider or
financial institution, we ask that you contact our Customer Support Team directly to
resolve the issue promptly.

• If you believe there was a billing error or unauthorized transaction, please contact
